Chris Hughes Biography
Chris Hughes founded The Hughes Company after sustained success in a previous role. Chris has achieved outstanding results with the organisations and individuals he's worked with by delivering speeches, team training workshops and 1:1 coaching and mentoring with a proven track record which has seen him and the company build an impressive client portfolio, including many billion pound
companies. Chris works with senior board level directors and teams of all levels from SME's to FTSE 100 companies including Deloitte, United Utilities, Shell and even Ann Summers!!
Passionate about results, Chris primarily works with teams and individuals in organisations but also does some personal effectiveness work with sportsmen and women which has seen him work with British and World Champions as well as professional sports teams. Chris's expertise is with individuals and teams on personal effectiveness, developing elite teams, leadership and management, and communication skills. He has also spoken at conferences world wide including USA, Malaysia and Monaco.

Procrastinate later.
No matter who we are or what our position is in the organisation, there is a chance that we have done the quick and easy wins rather than doing the things which we are paid to do and will actually make the biggest difference. People’s ability to procrastinate can and does cost individuals and businesses enormously. This module is entirely focussed around avoiding procrastination and making sure the tasks which are supposed to be done and add the most value are done by each person at the right time.
- Understand what causes us to procrastinate and why we do it
- What we can do to make the most of our effectiveness once we’ve realised we are procrastinating
- How to ‘snap’ out of it and not spend time procrastinating or doing the ‘wrong’ things.
